Terms of Use
Terms for Using This Website.
These terms govern the use of this website. They are deliberately brief: the agreements governing actual client work are signed documents, not website fine print. Effective July 2026.
Terms of Use Provisions
1. This Site's Content
The design, code, text, and images of this website are the property of HC Web Labs. Portfolio items are a mix of concept builds (labeled as such) and client work; client names and screenshots appear only with permission, and those businesses and brands remain their owners'. You're welcome to browse, share links, and reference this site — not to copy, scrape, or republish it as your own.
2. Information, Not Offers
Pricing, timelines, and service descriptions on this site are provided for information. Actual engagements are governed exclusively by a signed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work (or WMSA) — where every number is confirmed in writing. If this site and a signed agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the site: no attempting to breach its security, no automated scraping or flooding of its forms, no unlawful use. The forms exist to reach a person; they're protected accordingly.
4. No Warranty on the Site Itself
This website is provided as-is. I work hard to keep it fast, accurate, and available, but I can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and I'm not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. (Client project warranties are real — and live in the signed agreements.)
5. Links Out
Where this site links to other sites, those sites are their own responsibility — a link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end.
6. Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. They may be updated; the effective date above moves when they are. Questions: HCWebLabs@heather-cooper.com.
