Sequence
When Each Document Appears.
A typical engagement encounters them in this order: the Project Brief opens the conversation; redesigns receive a Website Audit; the SOW and MSA are signed together; the Welcome Guide arrives at kickoff; Change Orders apply only when scope changes mid-project; and the ACR accompanies builds where accessibility conformance requires formal documentation — public entities in particular.
Each document exists because a client has genuinely needed the answer it provides — usually before thinking to ask.
